Black Walnut Highboy Table
Bring casual and elegance together with this one of a kind live edge design. As with all of our tables, there just isn’t another one like it. Have a special space needing that complementary piece? Entertainment possibilities are almost endless - billiard or rec room, cocktail & hors d’oeuvre gathering centerpiece. It’s like a 100lb super cute pet that will never chew up your new running shoes or crap on your carpet. More business-minded and seeking functionality? We feel you. Perhaps a little Bam + Glam in the otherwise stale business reception area. Just don’t put Baby in a corner.
This one has all the feels - live edge, multilayer & multicolor epoxy void fills for a dimensional effect, 2x2 square tube steel legs in Canyon Black, and even a highly figured walnut crotch top for good measure. We pulled out the big box of stops and even threw a few curves into this build. Nothing dainty about her though. She (goes by Aleksandra) is like a gym rat in a formal gown.
Dimensions: 20-26” Deep X 50” Wide/Long X 41” High. The top itself is solid walnut and just over 1.5” Thick
Epoxy void fills include multiple colorants and layering with the use of black, metallic blue, gunmetal grey, silver, and pure white with alcohol misting to provide some dimensional effect.
The 39” stout X style legs are made from 2X2 square tube with 1/4” x 4” straight bar steel top connector plates. Each leg is attached to the top using 6 through bolts into embedded/threaded brass inserts.
Our hope is that it doesn’t create family strife over who will inherit it one day…
